WellNest is a premium, physician-led wellness and longevity clinic in Cape Town City Centre. We combine medical expertise, advanced diagnostics and exceptional client service to help people improve their health, performance and long-term wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in healthcare, wellness or business operations. This internship suits someone who has recently completed Matric, is studying, taking a gap year, or looking for meaningful workplace experience in health and wellness.

Key responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients.
- Manage bookings and appointments.
- Handle reception and administration.
- Assist with client communications.
- Support stock and operational administration.
- Help create an exceptional client experience.
Essential requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, confident and professional.
- Comfortable learning multiple AI and software platforms.
- Flexible when business needs change.
- Reliable transport to Cape Town CBD.
- South African ID or a valid work permit.
Advantageous, not compulsory
- Previous customer service, medical, wellness, hospitality or reception experience is helpful but not essential.
- Current or recent studies in administration, business, hospitality, health sciences or a related field.
- Additional South African language skills.

- Bookings, confirmations and records are accurate and up to date without being chased.
