The reframe
Your team’s problem is rarely a lack of ambition.
Energy, focus and resilience are outputs of biology. When the system is under sustained pressure, pushing harder rarely fixes the problem. Understanding the system does. Human performance starts with human biology. Business performance is a human biology problem before it is a management problem.
- No isolated symptoms: we read every system together.
- No generic plans: yours is built around your actual life.
- No guesswork: your physician sequences what matters most.

Inside the assessment
What the 60 minutes actually measures.

Muscle, fat, water and visceral fat measured separately across both arms, both legs and the trunk, rather than one number for the whole body. The same pass reads basal metabolic rate and an InBody score, so we can see how much lean mass there is and where it actually sits. Nothing here is estimated from height, weight and age.
- Non-invasive and fully clothed, roughly five minutes
- Segmental read: each arm, each leg and the trunk
- Visceral fat and lean mass tracked independently
- One of the clearest markers to follow across 12 months
Vita Neu is the only non-invasive readiness technology that assesses both brain and heart, measured at rest and used by elite performance teams. It reads how much capacity the nervous system has left rather than how hard someone can push, which is the part a wearable infers rather than measures. Eight minutes, seated, no exertion.
- Central nervous system and cardiac readiness in one read
- Measured at rest, so a hard week does not distort it
- Shows recovery capacity, not just hours logged asleep
- Answers whether today is for training or for recovery
The physician has read the bloods, the body composition, the readiness data and any prior reports before the consult opens, so the time is spent on interpretation rather than history taking. Findings are integrated into one blueprint: what matters now, what to leave alone, and what to watch. That is then translated into daily structure that survives a real calendar.
- A strategic conversation, not a history recap
- Bridges training load and recovery capacity
- Sets a focused 4–12 week first chapter
- Ends with a written plan and a review point

The intended impact
What changes when health starts supporting ambition?
The aim is not to turn your people into different people. It is to give them access to more of who they already are, more consistently.
Clearer thinking under pressure
More capacity for complex decisions and sustained attention.
More stable daily energy
Fewer sharp peaks, crashes and emergency caffeine cycles.
Better sleep and recovery
A stronger foundation for mood, judgment, training and resilience.
A plan that fits your life
Clear priorities that account for travel, workload and family.
Stronger focus
Less time rereading, procrastinating or fighting mental fatigue.
Better physical capacity
Training, body composition and recovery guided by measurable data.
Earlier visibility
Track meaningful changes instead of waiting for a breakdown.
More presence outside work
More energy and patience left for the rest of your life.
No. This is for people still performing at a high level who want to understand fatigue, poor sleep or declining focus before it becomes disruptive. It is proactive care, not emergency or acute care.
