What happens in a WellNest follow-up consult?

FAQ·Consults & Care Plans

The Follow Up is a structured consultation designed to review your progress, interpret updated diagnostics and refine your clinical optimisation plan based on your personalised roadmap under direct physician oversight. It runs as a focused 30-minute session with your doctor, backed by a separate 30 minutes of preparation and clinical review ahead of your consultation.

During the consultation your doctor discusses current symptoms, your response to treatment, lifestyle metrics and any medication adjustments. The preparation time covers a review of updated blood tests, biomarker trend analysis, protocol refinement, prescription renewal where clinically appropriate, and planning your next steps.

  • One-on-one consultation focused on progress, lifestyle, performance and recovery
  • Doctor preparation reviewing updated labs and biomarker trends
  • Prescription renewal or adjustment when clinically appropriate
  • In-person sessions only: a physiological readiness scan and body composition analysis

For guidance on your individual situation, book a Follow Up with a WellNest clinician.
