How does peptide therapy work?

FAQ·Consults & Care Plans

You complete a focused intake before the session. In the consult a WellNest doctor screens for suitability and contraindications, clarifies your goal, and, where clinically appropriate, outlines a conservative, evidence-informed protocol covering dosing, timing and cycling, plus a monitoring plan. Blood work is recommended.

The order matters. Suitability is settled before any compound is discussed, and the protocol follows from your history and results rather than from a template. Where the evidence for a goal is thin, the doctor will say so.

Nothing is a single event. Protocols are reviewed at follow-up against how you have responded, and adjusted. Individual responses vary, so we do not make guarantees about outcomes.
