How is peptide dosing decided?

FAQ·Consults & Care Plans

Dosing is decided by the doctor, individually, from your health history, your goals and any relevant blood results. It is not read off a chart, and a dose that suited someone else is not evidence that it suits you.

The approach at WellNest is deliberately conservative: start low, then adjust upward where that is warranted, rather than starting high and pulling back. Alongside the dose itself, the doctor sets timing and cycling in writing, so you leave with a protocol you can follow rather than a general instruction.

Nothing is fixed permanently. Dosing is reviewed at follow-up against how you have responded, and against repeat bloods where they are indicated, then adjusted. Individual responses vary, so we do not make guarantees about outcomes.
