The Optimise membership is R5,500 per month and the Longevity Unlimited membership is R12,500 per month, both including the training floor, sauna and ice bath.
The day pass suits visitors and once-off training days, while a membership is designed for people who train regularly and want ongoing access to the recovery facilities. Longevity Unlimited adds all-access recovery, including unlimited red light, collagen tan and InBody body composition.
