Hydra Prime Readiness

The Hydra Prime Readiness drip combines saline fluids, magnesium sulfate and vitamin B12, with the magnesium paced by a clinician for comfort.

A Hydra Prime Readiness session runs about 30 to 45 minutes, administered intravenously in-clinic by a registered medical professional at WellNest on Bree Street in Cape Town City Centre.

It suits busy weeks, training days, heat exposure, long hours or low fluid intake, and anyone who wants a simple hydration reset without add-ons. If you are not sure it is the right fit, a Targeted Supplement/IV Assessment lets a clinician recommend a protocol.

Whether a drip is suitable depends on your individual health, so we do not make blanket statements. Before your drip you complete our health survey with a WellNest nurse, who reviews your medical state, and your drip is given in our clinic by a registered medical professional.
