A Immune Defence+ Recovery session runs 45–75 mins, administered intravenously in-clinic by a registered medical professional at WellNest on Bree Street, Cape Town City Centre.

The Immune Defence+ Recovery drip is designed for seasonal immune dips, travel exposure, early signs of fatigue, high-stress periods, and for clients wanting proactive immune reinforcement. If you are not sure it is the right fit, a Targeted Supplement/IV Assessment lets a clinician review your symptoms, lifestyle and available bloodwork and recommend a protocol. Online consultations are 15 minutes at R550; in-clinic consultations are 30 minutes at R1,200. Bloodwork is optional and highly recommended, and is billed separately.

The Immune Defence+ Recovery drip is R1,090. You can book it online through our BookEm page, or start with a Targeted Supplement/IV Assessment if you would like a clinician to guide your choice first.

Whether a drip is suitable depends on your individual health, so we do not make blanket statements. Before your drip you complete our health survey with a WellNest nurse, who reviews your medical state, and your drip is given in our clinic by a registered medical professional.
