A NAD+ Advanced 750 session runs 150–180 mins at 750mg, administered intravenously in-clinic by a registered medical professional at WellNest on Bree Street, Cape Town City Centre.

The NAD+ Advanced 750 drip is designed for burnout recovery, severe jet lag, rigorous performance demands, longevity-focused cellular support, and for experienced NAD+ clients seeking our most intensive option. If you are not sure it is the right fit, a Targeted Supplement/IV Assessment lets a clinician review your symptoms, lifestyle and available bloodwork and recommend a protocol. Online consultations are 15 minutes at R550; in-clinic consultations are 30 minutes at R1,200. Bloodwork is optional and highly recommended, and is billed separately.
